I’m Yolane Kukla, an Olympian swimmer turned Rehabilitation Pilates Practitioner with a deep passion for mindful movement and restoration. My journey from elite sports to Pilates has given me a unique understanding of the body — how it moves, heals, and thrives with the right care and connection.

My approach blends clinical insight with intentional precision and compassion, helping you move with confidence, balance, and alignment.
