My Experience
My journey from elite swimming to teaching Pilates began when I started using Pilates for rehabilitation, body maintenance, and recovery.
I felt amazing after every session, and the benefits were so clear that I was encouraged to begin my training as a Pilates instructor. I truly embodied the practice and learned so much about different bodies and how they move.
Then COVID hit, and even throughout that time, I felt grounded and fulfilled in the direction I was heading. I had found a new passion in teaching Pilates and supporting people in a more holistic way.
My transition felt very organic and smooth, something I am incredibly grateful for as I moved into the wellness and fitness industry.
My Personal Philosophy
I look at the body as a whole, understanding that true wellbeing comes from integrating functional movement, mindful awareness, and sustainable practices that support everyday life.
When we move with awareness and intention, we create space for healing, confidence, and a deeper sense of harmony within ourselves.
People often think Pilates is all about complex, impressive moves. But at its heart, it’s about mastering and refining the fundamentals.
Once those foundations are in place, you can build on them with variations that truly support your unique body.
My Specialised Approach
This is what Yolates is all about: blending my personal and intuitive approach with a love for helping others through Pilates.
As a holistic Rehabilitation Pilates Practitioner with a background in elite sports and injury, I bring a deep understanding of functional movement, performance, and recovery to every session.
I have a great appreciation of how the body moves and heals through my own experience. And especially now, working in health and wellness, I witness the beauty of how each body moves differently and uniquely.
My Mission
Ready to restore your body’s natural strength and balance?
